Due to Coronavirus spread threat traffic between Russia and Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali Region has been suspended. For the same reason, „elections“ in Abkhazia were observed by Russian „embassy“ representatives only. De facto leader of the Tskhinvali Region, Anatoly Bibilov, met with the President of Russia.
