A master class on the Development of Cooperation with South Ossetia and the Republic of Abkhazia: Export of Goods and Services was held as part of economic cooperation between the Tskhinvali region and Crimea. The remote meeting was organized by the Southern Regional Export Support Center of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the de facto Ministry of Economy of Crimea.
The meeting was attended by “representatives” of the economic sector of Russia, Crimea, the Tskhinvali region and Abkhazia, including the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Crimea, the Representative of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Tskhinvali region, the Trade Representative of the Tskhinvali region in Russia, Taimuraz Goginov, the Russian Trade Representative in Abkhazia, Vladimir Nekrasov, and other officials.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the food industry, IT sector, tourism, chemical and cosmetics production. Among the topics of discussion were issues such as requests of Crimean and Ossetian exporters, abolition of double taxation, introduction of effective systems for the supply of consumer goods in Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region.
