Abkhazia and Crimea Adopted a Cooperation Plan for the Next Three Years

The third meeting of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and humanitarian cooperation between the de facto Cabinet of Ministers of Abkhazia and the de facto Council of Ministers of Crimea was held in Abkhazia.

The meeting was chaired by the de facto First Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture of Abkhazia, Beslan Jopua, and the de facto Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, Georgy Muradov, who is also the Permanent Representative of Crimea to the Russian President.

The parties discussed the implementation of the cooperation program for 2020-2021 and adopted an action plan for 2022-2024. The action plan is adopted once every three years. The new plan includes more than 50 events in the fields of the economy, trade, transport, culture, etc.

The next meeting of the commission is scheduled for 2022 in Crimea.
