The Minister of Tourism of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, Teimuraz Khishba, met with the de facto Minister of Tourism of Russian-occupied Crimea, Vadim Volchenko. The meeting of the de facto Ministers was held within the framework of the 29th Moscow International Tourism Exhibition.

As a result of the meeting, a cooperation protocol was signed between the occupied Abkhazia and Crimea. The protocol provides for the development of long-term mutual cooperation in the field of tourism.
