The President of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania, met with a deputy of the Russian State Duma, Yana Lantratova, who is vacationing with her family in the occupied Abkhazia.

At the meeting, Lantratova stated that she is going to meet with the Abkhaz youth. Bzhania supported her initiative and said that “orienting the youth in the right direction ensures stability in the state.”

Lantratova is the Executive Secretary of the Russian Human Rights Council and the First Deputy Chairman of the Education Committee of the Russian State Duma.
