The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, Inal Ardzinba, met with the Chairman of the Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House), Yevgeny Primakov.

The first interview within a new, author’s project – “Multipolarity” by Edgar Gvazava, the Advisor to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, was held with Yevgeny Primakov. Primakov is the Head of the Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) and is responsible for the implementation of Russia's “soft power.”

On July 8, the de facto Minister of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, Inal Ardzinba, met with the Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office, Dmitry Fedotov.

The Abkhaz “Minister” of Foreign Affairs, Inal Ardzinba, met with Yevgeny Primakov during his visit to Moscow. Yevgeny Primakov is the Head of the Federal Agency for CIS, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs. The Agency has emerged as an instrument of “soft power” of the Russian Foreign Ministry in recent years.

Sergey Skvortsov, the Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office in the Tskhinvali region, spoke about the Humanitarian Map.

Structural and personnel changes have been made at the Federal Agency for the CIS,  Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Rossotrudnichestvo).

In Moscow, the de facto ambassador of the Tskhinvali region to the Russian Federation, Znaur Gasiev, met with the Chairman of the Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs, Evgeny Primakov.

On June 25, 2020, under the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Yevgeny Primakov’s grandson Yevgeny Primakov Jr. was appointed the Head of Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs. For more details about Primakov see here.
