According to Vadim Astafyev, head of the Press Service of the Russian Federation Southern Military District, more than 50 infrastructural projects have been implemented at the 7th Military Base of the Russian Federation during last 4 years. As Astafyev stated construction was conducted using modern technologies and environmentally friendly construction materials.

Completed projects are: 34 residential houses, 10 service units (check-point, guard post, cynology settlement, material and technical support warehouses). The two-storey residential houses comprise 540 apartments, fully equipped with necessary appliances and furniture.  At present construction of four residential houses, school for 200 and kindergarten for 150 children is ongoing at the military base area.
