Wine Company in the Tskhinvali Region Expanded in 2020

LLC Winery Ironsan, funded by Russian investors, was established in 2018 and, according to its director, Aleksey Tsapaev, expanded its product range last year.

Today, the company produces wines with 15 names and series, including: Old Tskhinvali, Tskhinvali Valley, Alanskoe domashnee, Tsard, Arvy Duar, Alansky Reserve. The grape varieties used are Lomiauri, Mtsvane, Saperavi, Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon and Tavkveri.

The company is mainly export-oriented. Production is first shipped to Moscow and then distributed to various regions. LLC Winery Ironsan has a monthly production of 200,000 bottles and demand is growing. In total, the company, equipped with modern Italian technology, has the capacity to produce 600,000 bottles.
