Two-storied kindergarten (“Fardig“) for 100 children was solemnly opened in Tskhinvli. De facto President of Tskhinvali Region Anatoly Bibilov and the “Ambassador“ of the Russian Federation to Tskhinvali Region Marat Kulakhmetov also attended the event.

According to the director of the kindergarten it was built on the place of the destroyed during the August 2008 war kindergarten. The kindergarten construction was financed by Russia under 2018-2019 Investment Programs promoting Tskhinvali Region Socio-Economic Development.
