On April 11-16, group of doctors of Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia conducted medical examinations in Tkvarcheli. Totally 1700 persons underwent examinations in Tkvarcheli District. Health condition of the local population was examined by various specialists.

The general examination for the population of Abkhazia is being conducted in every district. The Agency specialists started population medical checks from Gali District. Residents of the Ochamchire region will be checked after Tkvarcheli district.
