The de facto Prime Minister of Abkhazia, Aleksander Ankvab, met with the Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia, Aleksey Dvinianin. The meeting discussed the socio-economic and humanitarian issues and joint steps against the spread of the coronavirus.

The meeting also discussed plans for celebrating the 76th anniversary of the victory in the World War II on May 9.
