The de facto Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Tskhinvali Region, headed by the Minister Azamat Chochiev, participated in the Integrated Security – 2021 international salon.
The salon is the largest exhibition project in Russia, where modern achievements in the field of security are presented. The event was opened by the Russian Minister of Emergency Situations, Yevgeny Zinichev.
At the exhibition, the Tskhinvali region delegation met with the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of Russia, Ilia Denisov. During the meeting the parties discussed issues of increasing monetary allowance, organizing pensions and other guarantees for employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Tskhinvali region, as well as material and technical support and training for Ossetian firefighters and rescuers.
The delegation of the Tskhinvali region got involved in the salon business program. The salon ended on May 16 with an international rescue exercise at the training ground of the Noginsk rescue center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The exercise involved representatives of the CIS member states - Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
