Starting from May 15 till May 25 inclusive, applicants, eager to receive high education at the institutes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, can enroll at de facto Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tskhinvali Region. Following to the Inter-Agency agreement signed in November 2009, representatives of law enforcement agencies and school graduates enroll at Russian universities every year.

This year, academies and institutes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia located in different regions will accept pre-defined number of enrollees from Tskhinvali Region. Graduates will receive special rank of Lieutenant of Police and be given an opportunity to work at the agencies of Internal Affairs in Tskhinvali Region.
