The Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office, Sergey Skvortsov, stated that the agency will hand over 3,000 textbooks of Russian language and literature to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Tskhinvali region.

The textbooks are designed for schoolchildren in grades 1-11. According to Skvortsov, the first batch of textbooks will be delivered to the region on December 1, and the second batch - by mid-December.

The initiative will be implemented within the framework of the Russian state program for the Development of Education. The program is aimed at creating conditions for high-quality and affordable education and ensuring the global competitiveness of Russian education.
