As a result of talks between the “Minister” of Health of the region and the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation which took place in Moscow, the Russian Ministry of Health handed over a helicopter to the “Ministry” of Health and Social Development of the Tskhinvali region.

Consequently, patients will be transported to the “border” by car, and then will take a helicopter to North Ossetia (Russia), when necessary. The Russian Federation will fully cover the transportation expenses.
