On May 29, 2019, in Moscow was held meeting of Co-Chairs of Inter-Governmental Committee on Socio-Economic Cooperation between Russian Federation and de facto republic of Abkhazia. At the meeting was discussed implementation of investment program promoting socio-economic development of de facto Republic of Abkhazia for 2017-2019. At the meeting was also discussed agenda for Inter-Governmental Committee next meeting and investment program issue.

Valeri Bganba, Committee Co-Chair, de facto Prime Minister, participated in the meeting from Abkhazian side. From Russian side – Vitaly Mutko, Committee Co-Chair, Vice Prime Minister, Sergey Chebotarev, Minister of North Caucasus Affairs, Aleksey Filatov, Head of the Directorate for Cross-Border Cooperation of Presidential Administration, and Denis Travin, Deputy to Filatov.
