On March 21, the de facto Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Tskhinvali region, Akhsar Jioev, met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Mikhail Galuzin.

The meeting discussed the issue of expanding external relations of the de facto republic and details of the agreement on “dual citizenship” between the region and Russia. In addition, the parties reviewed several issues for the next round of the Geneva International Discussions which will be held in Switzerland in early April.
