On September 25, in Moscow, the de facto President of the occupied Tskhinvali region, Alan Gagloyev, met with the Deputy Chairman of the Russian government, Alexander Novak, who supervises the occupied regions in the Russian government.
The meeting discussed the issues of socio-economic cooperation between the de facto republic and Russia.
According to Novak, Russia is actively involved in the socio-economic development of the Tskhinvali region, as well as providing energy resources and implementing social and investment programs. The meeting also discussed the issue of oil products and electricity supply from Russia to the region during the winter.
