On September 26, in Moscow, the de facto President of the occupied Tskhinvali region, Alan Gagloyev, met with the Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration, Dmitry Kozak, who supervises the occupied regions.

According to Tskhinvali, the meeting discussed issues of bilateral relations, including those related to the socio-economic development. Special attention was paid to the implementation of the socio-economic development program of the occupied region until 2030.

On September 25, Gagloyev met with the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government, Alexander Novak.
