On October 22, a meeting with a delegation of the Russian Ministry of Justice took place in the Ministry of Justice of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia. The Russian delegation was represented by Dmitry Babekin, the Deputy Director of the Department of the International Law and Cooperation of the Russian Ministry of Justice.

According to the de facto Minister of Justice, Anri Bartsits, reforms are actively being carried out based on the agreements reached between the “agencies.” The meeting discussed the 2025-26 program of cooperation between the “ministries.”
