During his visit to Moscow, the de facto President of the Tskhinvali region, Alan Gagloyev, met with the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Alexander Novak, who supervises the direction of occupied regions in the russian government.

As per the information dissenimated by the Tskhinvali region, the meeting discussed issues of implementation of the 2022-2025 state program promoting the socio-economic development of the region as well as the supply of electricity and petroleum products from Russia to Tskhinvali.
