Russia and occupied Abkhazia agreed on the volume of duty-free exports of petroleum products from Russia to Abkhazia in 2025. Representatives of the Russian Ministries of Energy and Economy and representatives of the de facto Ministries of Energy and Transport, and Economy signed the agreement on December 25.
According to the agreement, Abkhazia will receive petroleum products from Russia in the following quantities: motor gasoline with an octane rating of less than 95 - 70 thousand tons, motor gasoline with an octane rating of 95 and above, but less than 98 - 23 thousand tons, diesel fuel - 30 thousand tons, petroleum bitumen - 7 thousand tons, propane - 2 thousand tons.
The agreement is aimed at ensuring a stable and uninterrupted supply of the necessary amount of fuel to Abkhazia throughout the year.
