During his visit to Crimea occupied by the Russian Federation, Anatoly Bibilov, de facto President of Tskhinvali Region, discussed possibility of implementing joint projects with de facto Governor of Sevastopol.

The agreement is expected to be signed late August. Experience will be shared in the fields of culture, sports and education.
