Representatives of the Council of Russian Federation will also observe illegitimate presidential elections scheduled on August 25, 2019, in Abkhazia. Delegation will be represented by: Farit Mukhametshin, Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs Committee, Mikhail Kozlov, Deputy Head of Defence Committee, Senator Olga Kovitidi from the same committee, representing Crimea, Aleksey Kondratyev, Foreign Affairs Committee member.

Illegitimate elections will be held in Moscow as well, at so-called embassy of Abkhazia, with up to 1000 voters anticipated.
