According to the report, in 2018, in terms of infrastructure rehabilitation financed by Russia, various projects have been implemented, including: 8.34 km length roads repair; Reconstruction of substation „Gagra-1“; Replacement and installation of elevators in 15 residential houses; Rehabilitation of amelioration system in Pitsunda; Purchase of equipment, furniture and inventory for the State University of Abkhazia; Construction-installation works of kindergartens, schools and Tkvarcheli Central Regional Hospital etc.
