On February 8, 2019, in Moscow, Muhamed Kilba, de facto Secretary of the Security Council of Abkhazia, and his Russian counterpart Nikolay Patrushev signed Security Councils’ collaboration plan for 2019-2020.
On March 24, 2014, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between de facto Security Council of Abkhazia and the Russian Security Council in Moscow. On April 20, 2015, the parties agreed on Collaboration Plan for 2015-2016, and on August 4, 2017, - on Collaboration Plan for 2017-2018.
