De facto parliament of Tskhinvali Region and the Federal Council of the Russian Federation cooperation committee meeting was held in Moscow. At the meeting was agreed cooperation plan for 2020. 

Other topical issues were also discussed at the meeting, including mandatory medical insurance for the residents of Tskhinvali Region and Ossetians so-called genocide in 1920-ies.

The parties also discussed issues of experience exchange and legislative support to the Alliance and Integration Agreement. The Committee next meeting will be held in April, 2020.
