Sergey Chebotarev, acting Minister of North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation, summarized the results of 2019.

According to him the Russian Federation fully fulfilled its commitments to Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali Region in terms of financial assistance. The purpose of the assistance was socio-economic development of the above-mentioned regions.
