As a part of bilateral tactical trainings, mortar unit exercised at Tselebda and Nagvalou military polygons of the 7th Russian military base in Abkhazia.

Servicemen destroyed conditional enemy command posts, armoured vehicles and infantry with the use of 120mm mortars and standard artillery weapons. The servicemen studied new methods and means of performing shooting tasks.

More than 1,000 servicemen participated in the field exercises.
