In Moscow, de facto ambassador of the Tskhinvali Region to the Russian Federation and the Russian Minister of Labour and Social Security have signed agreement on mutual recognition of military servicemen disability documents.

The agreement stipulates establishment of disability of those who were dismissed from the Ministries of Defence and Internal Affairs of the Tskhinvali Region and Russia. According to the agreement, employees retired from the Tskhinvali Region law enforcement agencies will receive Russian pension. The document will come into force after the internal procedures are completed and the parties exchange their instruments of ratification.
