On February 18, 2019, in Tskhinvali was held a meeting between the Tskhinvali Region de facto President Anatoly Bibilov, Deputy Minister of North Caucasus Affairs of Russia Igor Koshin, Deputy Head of the Directorate for Cross-Border Cooperation Denis Travin and the Russian „ambassador“ to the Tskhinvali Region Marat Kulakhmetov.

At the meeting implementation of investment program for 2018, planned projects for 2019, as well as formation of investment programs for 2020-2022 were discussed.
