De-facto Healthcare Minister of Abkhazia Tamaz Tsakhnakia’s working visit in Moscow ended. During the visit several issues were discussed with Russian colleagues, namely: emergency medical centre construction in Abkhazia; mobile diagnostic automobiles purchase; dispensary for Abkhazian population.

Parties also discussed Abkhazia de-facto healthcare ministry debt repayment against Russia's medical institutions and implementation of mandatory healthcare insurance program inter-state agreement.

According to Tsakhnakia Russian side was informed to address these issues and ensure that the patients from Abkhazia would neither be refused for hospitalization nor face other problems. During the visit was also reviewed involving in investment program Children’s Hospital construction in Abkhazia.
