In Southern Military District  of Russian Federation – on the territory of Russia, Armenia, annexed Crimea and the occupied regions of Georgia, field trainings will be held with the participation of 10 thousand gunners and up to 3,000 units of equipment. Training will take place along 20 military polygons and will last for a month.  

Military district rocket armies and more than 200 units of artillery units will participate in the trainings - stated District Head of the Press Office Chief Colonel Vadim Astafyev. During the training, special attention will be paid to the preparation of artillery units in "artillery duel" production.
