On March 14, 2019, Investment program implementation was discussed at the de facto government of Abkhazia on the meeting with the working group from the Ministry of North Caucausus Affairs, Russian Federation.

Parties reviewed the progress of planned activities in the framework of investment program for 2017-2019, including reconstruction of Prince Oldenburg Park in Gagra, reconstruction of Gagra sewage pumping stations, refurbishment of Gagra Secondary School No. 1. Abkhazian party assessed program implementation in Gudauta. Parties also discussed improvement ways for investment program implementation. Russian delegation paid two day working visit to Abkhazia.
