A multidisciplinary mobile hospital in Sukhumi, Abkhazia, continues treating patients infected with the coronavirus. Since October 20, the hospital has received more than 100 patients, including 17 recovered and discharged. There are 58 patients in the hospital at this time.

On November 6, the de facto "ambassador" of the Russian Federation to Abkhazia, Aleksey Dvinianin, visited the field hospital. During the visit, he met with the head of the hospital, Abdulmejid Magomedov, and military medics. The "ambassador"  thanked the de facto government of Abkhazia for creating the most favorable conditions for the work of Russian military doctors in the fight against coronavirus infection in Abkhazia.

Specialists RCB (radiation, chemical, biological) protection of the Russian Federation completed disinfected works in Gagra to stop the spread of the coronavirus. 20 military servicemen and seven units of equipment were involved in the works. RCB protection specialists arrived in Abkhazia on October 19. They have already disinfected public places in Sokhumi and several other districts of Abkhazia.
