On the Black Sea coast, Abkhazia, Russian Federation 7th military base servicemen suppressed conditional terrorists activity as a part of tactical exercises. Following to the exercise scenario, armed persons occupied checkpoint to further mine and explode fuel-lubricant warehouse.

During the exercise, engineering unit specialists worked out to detect and demine explosives by the means of explosive device finder („Korshun“). Up to 500 military servicemen, more than 60 units of military equipment were involved in anti-terrorist exercises during the week taking place at three military polygons in Abkhazia.
