Divisions of the Russian Federation 4th Military Base in Tskhinvali Region participated in tactical exercises conducted on Dzartsemi military polygon, using armoured vehicles and artillery. More than 1200 military servicemen and up to 200 units of military equipment were involved in the exercise.

Motorized infantry together with tank, artillery, anti-tank and other divisions participated in the exercise.
