In Tskhinvali, issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed with representatives of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

The Acting Chairman of the de facto government of the Tskhinvali region, Gennady Bekoev, met with the Director of the Department of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, Roman Nekrasov, and the President of the Association of Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Igor Kadzayev. According to Nekrasov the planned assistance to the agricultural sector of the Tskhinvali region, including the provision of necessary equipment, is the priority direction.

During the visit, Nekrasov donated agricultural equipment to the Tskhinvali region. The event was also attended by the de facto President, Anatoly Bibilov.
