On May 21, 2019, Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation accepted agreement reached between de facto President of Abkhazia and the Opposition on postponing date of illegitimate presidential elections, stated political scientist Alexey Chesnakov - close associate to the Directorate for Cross-Border Cooperation.
