On August 14, the Head of the representation office of the Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Aborad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) in the occupied Tskhinvali region, Sergey Komissarov, met with the so-called Head of the Akhalgori district Administration, Murtaz Valiev.
On August 6, the Minister of Education of Russia, Sergey Kravtsov, paid a working visit to the de facto Republic of Abkhazia. Together with his "colleague,“ Inal Gablia, Kravtsov visited the 2nd secondary school of Gagra. The schoolchildren, who spent this summer at the Artek International Children's Center in Crimea, solemnly welcomed the guests.

The Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) handed over 7,000 textbooks to the “State University of South Ossetia.”
According to the Minister of Education of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, Inal Gablia, the “Republic” received more than 34,000 textbooks for 10th and 11th grade students with the support of the leadership of the Russian government and the Russian Ministry of Education. Gablia thanked the Russkiy Mir Foundation for supporting this project.
A delegation of Abkhazia took part in a Russian youth festival. The “Manzherok” festival was held in the Republic of Altai, Russia, on July 5-10.
A total of five students from the Tskhinvali region became finalists in the all-Russian competition - Big Change. An employee of the Rossotrudnichestvo office announced that the finalists would go to the Artek camp as a reward on July 13.

A total of ten schoolchildren from the Gudauta district spend their holidays in summer camps in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia. The camp brings together more than 200 schoolchildren from different regions of Russia.
