On October 22, a meeting with a delegation of the Russian Ministry of Justice took place in the Ministry of Justice of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia. The Russian delegation was represented by Dmitry Babekin, the Deputy Director of the Department of the International Law and Cooperation of the Russian Ministry of Justice.

A meeting between the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Chuychenko, and the de facto Minister of Justice of Abkhazia, Anri Bartsits, took place in Moscow.
