Meeting on inter-agency cooperation between de facto Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation was held in the Tskhinvali Region. Head of the Russian Delegation is Colonel General Sergey Istrakov, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces.

De facto President of Tkhinvali Region Anatoly Bibilov hosted the Delegation of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The Head of the Delegation was Sergey Istrakov - Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. At the meeting were discussed issues on military-technical cooperation and implementation of the signed agreements.
