The de facto President of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania, held a meeting with the Russian Trade Representative in Abkhazia, Zalina Kobesova. Jansug Nanba, a representative of the so-called Presidential Administration, participated in the meeting which discussed the issues of bilateral economic relations. Aslan Bzhania expressed hope that this cooperation will strengthen bilateral economic relations.

According to Zalina Kobesova, it will be important to establish better communication between the de facto government and the business sector.

Zalina Kobesova has been the Russian Trade Representative in Abkhazia since September 1, 2022.
