General Biographical Information

• Fedor Sigaev is the Director of the Joint Information-Coordination Center of Internal Affairs Agencies of Abkhazia. He replaced Militia Colonel Ruslan Sangulia in this position who had held this post since October 3, 2018. The previous Director of the Center, Beslan Farulua, was appointed to this post on September 9, 2017.

Relations with Abkhazia

• On June 10, 2021, a meeting of the committee of internal affairs Agencies of the border regions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the de facto Ministry of Internal Affairs of Abkhazia was held in the Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues of cooperation. Sigaev also participated in the meeting.
