The Armenian and Greek communities in Abkhazia, the Veterans Union Foundation of the “Gorets” Battalion and others joined the headquarters. The Chairman of the People's Party of Abkhazia, the Head of the Scientific and Cultural Center, and the Chairman of the Abkhazian Veterans Union of Afghanistan expressed their support.

The headquarters was established on February 1, this year. Its goal is to unite Putin's supporters and hold various events aimed at deepening the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the de facto republic of Abkhazia.
