Conscripts joined the 4th military base of the Russian Federation in the Tskhinvali region. The young servicemen are graduates of higher military educational institutions of the Russian Federation. The officers in the district’s garrisons were provided with service housing.

As the Commander of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Dvornikov, announced, over 1400 people graduated from these schools in 2021.
