A total of ten schoolchildren from the Gudauta district spend their holidays in summer camps in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia. The camp brings together more than 200 schoolchildren from different regions of Russia.

The two-week summer camp includes entertainment and sports activities, as well as educational excursions to the Museum of the Great Patriotic War. Reportedly, the leadership of Yaroslavl Oblast invited the Abkhaz pupils to the camp, and Rossotrudnichestvo paid their travel expenses.

Gudauta and Yaroslavl are sister cities. The relevant agreement was signed in April 2021.
