The President of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania, met with a delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, headed by Artem Turov, the Chairman of the Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism Committee.

At the meeting, Bzhania noted the importance of cooperation between the “parliaments” and expressed hope that relations between the people of Abkhazia, Russia and Belarus will become even closer through these meetings.

Aslan Bzhania also highlighted the importance of economic cooperation between the de facto republic and Belarus.
