Export of agricultural products from occupied Abkhazia to Russia continues. As per existing data, a total of 35 thousand tons of tangerines have been exported so far, while this number in the same period of the last year equalled to 19 thousand tons.

In addition to tangerines, 200 tons of oranges and 500 tons of lemons were also exported. In total, after the start of the season (October 2022), 37 thousand tons of citrus were transported from Abkhazia to Russia. This process will continue until the end of February.

For comparison, a total of 22 thousand tons of tangerines were exported from occupied Abkhazia to Russia in 2021-2022 (October-February).
