On April 2, during his working visit to Moscow, the de facto president of the Tskhinvali region, Alan Gagloyev, met with Dmitry Kozak, the Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration. 

The meeting discussed issues of cooperation in the socio-economic field. Special attention was paid to the investment program developed by the Russian government to promote the socio-economic development of the region. The goal of the program is the economic and infrastructural development of the occupied regions of Georgia.
